A High Level of Satisfaction and New Ideas: Insights from our List & Label Customer Survey 2024

Back in March, we conducted our annual customer survey to gain deeper insight into the satisfaction and needs of our developer community. The results were extremely pleasing and revealing towards our aim to continuously develop List & Label and our services. Of course, we’d like to share them with you.

Customer Satisfaction Has Increased
We are very pleased that our customer’s overall satisfaction with List & Label continued to increase in 2024. The average rating climbed from 4.3 to 4.5 stars. This shows us that we are on the right track in regards to product development.

High Recommendation Rate
The high recommendation rate is particularly impressive: 96% of those who responded said they’d recommend List & Label to fellow developers. Almost 90% have already done so, which confirms reliability and efficiency of our software.

Improvements and New Features
This year, we have once again gathered a number of interesting suggestions for improvements and new features, which — as always — will be included in our product planning. This approach has allowed us to incorporate many new features into List & Label in the past. Thank you very much for your valuable feedback!

Evaluation of Support and Sales Team
combit’s support team received an average rating of 4.6 stars, which is a significant improvement from last year. This reflects the fast and effective help we are able to offer.

Our sales team also received a high score of 4.6 stars, confirming clear and transparent communication about products, offers and pricing.

Suggestions for Improving Our Support and Services
Although customer satisfaction with our support services was rated very high, there were specific suggestions for further improvements:

  • Introduction of a chatbot with access to a knowledge database: We already do provide a solution with DocBot. Our new AI-driven documentation bot provides the ability to have interactive conversations and ask questions. DocBot creates a list of the sources used to create the answer. Improved web documentation: We’re already working on detailed documentation for the Web Report Designer and the Web Report Viewer.

  • Offering web seminars on specific topics: Here, too, we’re in the process of revising possibilities and developing new concepts.
